The first class is FREE.
If you wish to continue, you pay £11 per class as a block booking. Blocks are usually six weeks long, with breaks for Easter, summer and Christmas. You are welcome to join part way through a block, if there is space.

Please note that no refunds are given for missed classes but it is sometimes possible to attend another class, dependent upon availability.

About Pregnancy yoga

Pregnancy yoga is the perfect exercise for pregnant women and is recommended by midwives and doctors. It can enhance feelings of well-being and balance during this exciting period of change. 

When I was pregnant with my children Sam and Lucy I experienced the rollercoaster of joys and challenges that pregnancy brings. I found yoga to be enormously beneficial, giving me balance, serenity and a feeling of acceptance of all the changes that were occurring. At times of tiredness it increased my energy levels and gave me the opportunity to deepen my connection with my growing baby. The breathing techniques and postures we practise in each class are invaluable throughout pregnancy and during labour. 

During pregnancy yoga can:

  • build strength, stamina and flexibility
  • ease pregnancy aches and pains
  • prepare you for labour
  • give you time to nurture yourself and your baby
  • relieve anxiety and aid restful sleep
  • give you the opportunity to meet other mums-to-be

Classes are booked in blocks, so that you can reap the benefits of regular practice and get to know local mums-to-be. Class numbers are small to ensure that everyone receives individual attention.

You are welcome to join if you are thirteen weeks pregnant. It is safe and beneficial for you and your baby to practise right up to (and during!) your labour.
