£11 per class, includes time for tea, chat and homemade cake.

Classes run throughout term time and are booked as block. You are welcome to join partway through, if there is space.

Why yoga?

Juggling the challenges of being a new mum can be enormously tiring and stressful. Whilst it is a joyful time babies don't come with an instruction manual so you can sometimes find yourself feeling uncertain and isolated. My mum & baby yoga class offers you the opportunity to become part of a welcoming community of local mums, who support each other and have fun together.

In these classes there is a balance between stretching and relaxing sequences, with fun songs and rhymes which are coordinated with the movements. This nurturing tactile stimulation helps to contribute to the development of your baby’s brain and nervous system.  Gentle yoga will aid your postnatal recovery, strengthening your core muscles and leave you feeling revitalised. Suitable for babies from age six weeks to pre-crawling.
